The proposed Barlow Hotel will be a 2-3 story, 83-room hotel located in the heart of Sebastopol's vibrant Barlow Market District. The project will offer a range of amenities, including a rooftop pool café/bar, a deluxe spa, a fine dining restaurant, and a cozy lobby bar with a fireplace. With meeting rooms and retail spaces, the hotel will be a destination for both visitors and the local community. Inspired by the region’s agricultural heritage, the design incorporates wood, stone veneer, and metal, creating a welcoming atmosphere that blends modern luxury with local charm.
